Based on more than five years of intensive research John carried out to write his book (Excellence by Design: Leadership) as well as his personal experience working with some of the world’s top leaders in business, government, higher education and the non-profit sector – this program will identify the key characteristics of outstanding leaders in a clear, straightforward and practical manner.
