Based on the findings of a national Gallup poll, the Great Places to Work Study, the Firms of Endearment Study and John's personal experience working in some of the top companies in America, this session focuses on what it takes to build and sustain an organizational culture that creates highly satisfied, engaged and loyal employees who possess an "ownership mentality.”

The goal of this program is for attendees to understand the importance of creating and supporting a culture that embraces change, fosters accountability, has a strong sense of urgency and maintains disciplined execution in order to deliver the required business results.
