I really enjoyed your latest video, and think this is an excellent tool for the under-performing employee. We are going to try it out!!
If I could make one technical comment/critique of your videos…they are excellent, but the sound quality is not good. A remote microphone (the kind you clip on your shirt) would dramatically improve the sound quality and make the videos easier to view. The video camera mic is not adequate. Sorry to complain, but this really stands out and is easy to fix.

As always, you delivered one of the best presentations I have heard in a long time. The one thing I like the most about your videos is how you incorporate the old KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) philosophy in there. You have mastered this technique, which is awesome. It is really easy for people, like myself, to understand the main points you are trying to get across, but it also helps us, as listeners, to retain the info easier so that we can use it in our own lives. Thanks again for all that you do and I look forward to many more videos to come.
